What is the average time for solving a Soduku puzzle?

I'm a novice I just bought a Soduku puzzle book and I'm trying to get to come up with techniques to solving the puzzles. So I havent started timing how fast I can finish the puzzles. I just wanted to know what everyone elses average time is.

    My daughter plays on carol vordermans suduq game. Her average time is about 10 mins. She is quite good!

    The average time for a puzzle if u r a begineer would be 30 minutes or so but don't get too stressed and always try as hard as u can. the stratergy that i use is to check #1 in each 3×3 box then to do that for 2-9. after that i check the columns that have 3 squares remaining, then just do the 1-9 thing again. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
