What are some games to stimulate the brain for better memory etc?
Posted on May 24, 2009 under games |I've heard suggestions like sudoku, however I've never played that. What are other games I can play besides crosswords? I need something that will be in front of me, like a book of games.
Spinach! It's very good for your brain and memory! As for games… I'd say like puzzles… but… I'd still go with Spinach ^^

Play Sudoku, it's amazing for that stuff, and pretty cheap too. Word searches can help you develop vocabulary, as well.
