Classic Game Room HD reviews STAR TREK DAC for XBLA Xbox 360 Live Arcade. This Star Trek DAC video game review has gameplay from Star Trek DAC in HD from XBLA. Released to coincide with the new Universal Pictures movie, Star Trek, this game has surprisingly little to do with Star Trek. It is an excellent arcade style multiplayer shooter game like Asteroids meets deathmatch though. Take command of any of three Federation (or Romulan) vessels like the flagship, bomber and fighter then duke it out in DAC (deathmatch, ault and conquest). Play over XBLA Xbox Live Arcade or fight in a single player mode by yourself against computer AI. Star Trek D.A.C. is simple, straight forward, addictive and fun. It lacks the depth of the Star Trek universe but excels at that simple, clever game play that many other Star Trek video games lacked in years past. Star Trek DAC is a worthy purchase for fans of arcade style space ship shooters with a multiplayer, deathmatch, ault and conquest twist. Has any one played …
Has any one played The game “AWESOME” for the Amiga 500. I dunno why but this game kinda reminded me of that game. This game however in my opinion is a bit simple, and no real lastability. Looks great but, maybe not a bad game for a quick play. For a huge Franchise like Star Trek they should of given it more justice. Great review!!
