Puzzle…!!??

Three friends went to a hotel. The bill was Rs 75/- Each one contributed Rs.25/-.
The waiter took the bill to the cashier.
The cashier was happy & decided to give them a discount of Rs.5/- & asked the waiter to return them Rs.5/-.
Now the waiter was confused. How to distribute Rs 5 among 3 people?
He kept Rs 2 in his pocket & gave one rupee to each one of the 3 people
So initially each one had contributed Rs.25. Now as they are given 1 rupee back, their contribution reduces to Rs 24.
They all contributed Rs 24 — that is 24×3=72 & 2 rupees are in the waiters pocket.
The total becomes 74. But they had paid Rs 75.
Where is the remaining 1 rupee?.

The puzzle is confusing, because it’s adding up things that shouldn’t be added together.

Don’t add up what they THINK they paid - keep an eye on where the money actually is, and it will make more sense.

The guests each paid 25, 25 x 3 = 75.

The cashier kept 70, 3 went back to the men, the waiter kept 2. 70 + 3 + 2 = 75.

The new hotel bill was 70 - meaning each man should have paid 1/3 of 70, or 23.333333. Each man thinks he has paid 24. But each man has actually paid 23.33333.

23.33333 x 3 = 70, plus the 3 they got back = 73 plus the 2 in the waiter’s pocket = 75.

Just because the waiter SAID they each paid 24 doesn’t make it true. So that number shouldn’t be used in the calculation.

hey does anyone know any good games like time management games if ya do let me know xx tar

well if you want my line of opinion i would go for the shoot-out games like halo3, call of duty 3, gears of war but most girls will not like these games so i would go for a game like viva pinata its a game for the whole family boys/girls and its is very easy to find.
