I've heard suggestions like sudoku, however I've never played that. What are other games I can play besides crosswords? I need something that will be in front of me, like a book of games.
Buy brain training on the DS. It works

In one room there are 3 light switches which are connected to 3 lights in another room. You can only check the lights once. Here’s how to do it.

Classic Game Room HD reviews STAR TREK DAC for XBLA Xbox 360 Live Arcade. This Star Trek DAC video game review has gameplay from Star Trek DAC in HD from XBLA. Released to coincide with the new Universal Pictures movie, Star Trek, this game has surprisingly little to do with Star Trek. It is an excellent arcade style multiplayer shooter game like Asteroids meets deathmatch though. Take command of any of three Federation (or Romulan) vessels like the flagship, bomber and fighter then duke it out in DAC (deathmatch, ault and conquest). Play over XBLA Xbox Live Arcade or fight in a single player mode by yourself against computer AI. Star Trek D.A.C. is simple, straight forward, addictive and fun. It lacks the depth of the Star Trek universe but excels at that simple, clever game play that many other Star Trek video games lacked in years past. Star Trek DAC is a worthy purchase for fans of arcade style space ship shooters with a multiplayer, deathmatch, ault and conquest twist. Classic Game Room HD reviews Star Trek video games as a Trekkie reviewing games reviewer previously by Trekkers like Star Trek! KAHN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Instead of focusing on exercises i would consider working on different strategies for memory.
Consider changing the rules a little bit. For example. Lets say you're trying to remember a series of numbers as follows
1 7 5 2 5 9 8 3 9
The average short term memory can hold 5 things plus or minus 2
To remember each number individually would be nearly impossible short term, but now lets change the rules, instead of remembering them 1 by 1 try remember this
175 259 839
or
17 52 59 83 9
If you're looking for long term memory strategies try using a adverb or a word that is very descriptive to help you remember, for example, let's say i need to remember to get groceries after work. I would think something to myself like "if i don't remember to pick up the groceries my wife will come flying at me like a wailing spider monkey on a cupcake."
sounds weird i know but if it helps you remember, it works!
You could also try and find meaning for what you're trying to remember. If you can relate what you're trying to remember to something that is relevent to you it will be much easier to retain
Hope this helps, best of luck!

I live playing games with cheat codes sometimes like with Infinite Health or Invicibility or All Upgrades. I want a list of games you can enter these codes either in the menu or in-game play. Example of the code: up up down down left right OR Y X X B A X A. Games that are an example are Star Wars Unleashed - Wolverine : Xmen Origins - KungFu Panda - Rock Band - Guitar Hero. Please help thanks.
well there are many games but try this site out. I always go to it to see what games are out,the ratinhs of the games and the cheat codes for the game. It should help you. www.cheatplanet.com

Spinach! It's very good for your brain and memory! As for games… I'd say like puzzles… but… I'd still go with Spinach ^^

I don t want to spent money on expensive games for psp so I locked on the internet and found that i can download games. Finlay I discovered that I can't play them( I put them on memory stick and go to game-memory stick and there it says unsupported file or something like that). Can anyone help me?
you can hack your psp to give it custom firmware (cfw). There is no way to play downloaded iso files with official firmware (ofc). there are many tutorials on how to do so at psphacks.com, however you need to know that if you want to hack your psp it will take some studying on what to do and what youll need to do it. you dont want to brick your psp, mind you.
Hacking your psp gives you the freedom to do other things with your psp, such as use emulators to play your old favorites from other consoles and use homebrew software.

UPDATE: Episode 02 is now available!!!
Lyrics:
I don’t need no sunshine
I don’t need nice walks in the park
I don’t need no boys and girls to come over and play with me
All I need is my one thousand piece puzzle
I don’t need no Facebooks
I don’t need no Instant messengers
I don’t need no four hundred friends on Myspace
All I need is my one thousand piece puzzle
I don’t need no affirmation
From pretty people with slow synapses
I don’t need no parties with beers and sex and hangovers
All I need is my one thousand piece puzzle
I don’t want to go for a ride
I’d rather stay inside
Where it’s warm and cozy comfy and clean
I got one basic rule
And that’s don’t be a fool
Don’t fall in love with the impossible dream
I don’t need no sunshine
I don’t need no human interaction
I don’t need no hugs no kisses
All I need is my one thousand piece puzzle
Sorry about the sketchy audio quality, I’m looking into getting better recording equitment.
Please rate/comment/share/subscribe and if you have a song title be sure to post it in the comments.
See you next Sunday,
